Return & Exchange Policy:

We strive for total customer satisfaction while offering you the latest items and competitive prices. In case you need to Return or Exchange an item(s) received, we can help you.

Please review the following general guidelines before requesting a Return or Exchange:

  • If you receive wrong item(s) than ordered, we will make every effort to send you a replacement. Please notify us within three days of receiving the order and a RMA number will be given to you. Please return the wrong item(s) with all its parts/accessories in the original packaging. We will cover the shipping cost to send you the correct item(s) .
  • Please make sure before returning or exchanging that your item is eligible. For hygienic reasons the following items are not returnable/exchangeable. This includes lingerie, under garments, accessories, socks, tights, wigs, beards, novelty teeth, dog costumes, masks, eyelashes, mustaches, and make-up. Shoes are only exchangeable for another size or another style of equal or greater value.
  • Please double check that all item(s) are in original conditions including all accessories and original packaging. If you used/wore an item(s), please do not try to return it. We check all products prior to stocking so that every order meets buyers' expectations of receiving the item(s) in brand new condition.
  • The maximum quantity or item(s) that can be returned or exchange is limited to three per order.
  • During Halloween Season (from October 1st to October 31st) please note that we only allow exchanges, no returns please. This policy supersedes our Standard Return and Exchange Policy. We apologize for the inconvenience this policy may cause you.

Please follow these specific steps to request a Return:

  1. Within fifteen days of receiving your package, please notify us by emailing at or by calling 1888-433-8103 to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). All unauthorized returns will be refused.
  2. Items must be received in our facility within fifteen days of receiving the RMA in the original packaging. If the item(s) is missing parts, was altered or has signs of use, we will not able to credit your account.
  3. We will refund you the product cost minus a twenty percent restocking fee. We do not cover the shipping cost for returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  4. Please send your return back in a box, no envelopes or bags will be accepted. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  5. If the shipping carrier loses the returned package, we are not responsible.

  2. Please place an exchange order for equal or greater value of the first order. You may place an order for a different size or style available in our website.
  3. Once we receive the returned item(s) in the original condition, with no signs of use or damage, we will issue a credit for the full cost of the item(s).
  4. We do not cover the shipping cost for exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
